INDELING

Het appartementencomplex heeft een afgesloten entrée met brievenbussen, dat wordt gedeeld met ongeveer 15 buren. Via de trap bereik je de bovenste verdieping van het gebouw, waar het slim ingedeelde appartement zich bevindt.

Er is een lichte, strak afgewerkte woonkamer met grote raampartijen. Via de schuifpui in de woonkamer loop je zo het ruime balkon op. BALKON

Het balkon is uitzonderlijk breed en gericht op het zuiden. Het biedt voldoende ruimte om met meerdere personen te genieten van de zon, met een schitterend uitzicht over het IJ en de gedeelde tuin van het complex. Elke dag een vakantiegevoel!


DUURZAAM EN COMFORTABEL

Het instapklare appartement is recent volledig verduurzaamd. In 2024 zijn alle kozijnen vervangen door kunststof kozijnen met een koudebrugonderbreking. Het nieuwe glas is driedubbel, wat zorgt voor optimale isolatie in zowel de winter als zomer. Ook de overige oppervlakten aan de voor- en achtergevel zijn vernieuwd en geïsoleerd. De dakbedekking is vernieuwd en er is extra dakisolatie aangebracht. Ook is er mechanische ventilatie aanwezig in de woning.

Deze maatregelen zorgen voor ultiem comfort. In de zomer blijft de ruimte koel en in de winter hoeft er amper gestookt te worden. In februari 2025 zijn er vier zonnepanelen geplaatst. Op het dak van dit zonnige complex zorgen deze voor een lucratieve elektriciteitsrekening.


GROENE BUURT

Het appartement bevindt zich in een rustige en groene buurt, te midden van een bruisende wijk. In de IJplein-/Vogelbuurt is er goed contact tussen buren en wordt er regelmatig wat uitgeleend. Ook vind je er koffietentjes, moestuinen, basisscholen en speeltuinen.

In het naastgelegen Hamerkwartier vind je steeds meer restaurants, cafés en uitgaansgelegenheden. Denk aan FC Hyena, Hangar, Skatecafe en Hotel De Goudfazant. Boodschappen doe je bij de Jumbo Foodmarkt of Dirk, en op het mosveld kun je meerdere dagen per week naar de markt. Tegenover de Dirk bevindt zich ook een viskraam.
Amsterdam Noord is heel groen. Je wandelt vanuit je appartement makkelijk naar het Vliegenbos of het Noorderpark. Op de fiets ben je zó de stad uit, en in het Twiske of Waterland.


CENTRAAL GELEGEN

De ligging is centraal en goed bereikbaar. In enkele minuten loop of fiets je naar de pont, die je naar het centrum brengt. Ook is halte Noorderpark van de Noord-Zuidlijn dichtbij. Deze brengt je in korte tijd naar het Rokin, de Pijp of de Zuidas. Met de auto ben je snel op de A10, en parkeren kun je op het pleintje naast de gedeelde voordeur. Een parkeervergunning kost €38,60 per half jaar en er is geen wachttijd.


SAIL

Eind augustus 2025 vindt SAIL weer plaats: het 5-jaarlijkse maritieme evenement waarbij imposante tall ships door het IJ varen. Vanaf je balkon heb je front row seats!

SAIL 2025

In late August 2025, the world-famous maritime event SAIL returns to Amsterdam. Every five years, majestic tall ships sail down the IJ – and from your balcony, you’ll have front row seats!
